Naked Patriot - Alabama Man Busted for Waving Flag While Naked

And where is the ACLU to defend the rights of the 'naked patriots' to parade au naturel on a highway waving an American Flag?

Certainly, if the ACLU says burning a flag is protected speech, then what can be more defensible than displaying your patriotism waving a flag, tackle out?
